The space General Info This flat has a surface area of 107 m² and is located on a ground floor with exterior orientation. Living / Dining Area The living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa, two coffee tables, two armchairs, a side table with a lamp, a standing lamp, and a cupboard that holds a flat-screen TV. The dining area comes with a table with seats for up to four people. Kitchen The kitchen is independent and it is fully equipped. Bedrooms The master bedroom is fitted with a queen-sized bed (1,50m x 2,00m), a bedside table with a lamp, a standing lamp, built-in closets, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (0,90m x 2,00m), a bedside table with a lamp, a standing lamp, built-in closets, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is also a guest bathroom. Please note that to access the second bedroom, you have to go down some stairs. Furthermore, the ensuite bathroom is a little low-ceiling and the wash basin is directly in the bedroom. Bathrooms The flat has two fully equipped ensuite bathrooms with a shower. There is also a shower room. Additional Info The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the bathrooms and the kitchen which are tiled. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The coffee machine works with capsules, it is a Nespresso brand. In the property, there is available heating by means of radiators in all the rooms and air conditioning by means of split machines in the main bedroom and the living room (there is none in the second bedroom). Restricted area by car: If you arrive by car, please take into account the new regulations in force, which requires you to park your vehicle in a parking lot unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car. Nearby parking: Interparking Barceló Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 21h, for any other time please contact us before booking. All the properties we manage are intended to meet temporary non-touristic accommodation needs and comply with the requirements established by current regulations, including those set forth in Royal Decree 1312/2024. To formalize any stay, it is mandatory to sign a rental agreement specifying the purpose of the trip. Refusal to sign this agreement may be considered sufficient grounds for cancelling the reservation.
