The space The house is 20 minutes from Lucca, 30 minutes from the Versilia sea and just over an hour from Florence. In 30 minutes by car you reach Mount Matanna and in 40 minutes you reach Garfagnana. The house is in the green and ideal for hiking and cycling. There are 3 restaurants nearby, one can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. A market is 10 minutes by car. Guest access Guests have complete and exclusive availability of the entire house and garden with residence, swimming pool and barbecue. The house is equipped with wifi. Parking is in front of the house and it's free. You need a car to get around. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet place, usually loved by foreign tourists but appreciated by all the people who love the countryside but with cities that are easy to reach.
