Hot tub access is private by request in fenced in backyard. All users of hot tub MUST wear appropriate swim attire. Regular clothing of any kind is NOT allowed in the hot tub. Wearing inappropriate clothing in the hot tub causes damage to jets and filters due to contaminants in fabrics. Fibers of fabric can also clog the jets and filters. I have to drain, clean and refill the tub whenever inappropriate clothing is used in the tub. The fee for that will come out of your deposit. Other things to note I reserve the right to charge a damage deposit up to $150 for any reservation, as a secure transaction via Airbnb. The garage and master bedroom are off limits as that is where I keep my belongings. Those doors will stay locked. You will have your own personal key to your room. No guests outside of those listed in the reservation unless given written consent from the host. I have a 6lb house broken Yorkshire Terrier on the property. He has all shots and is hypoallergenic, so there will be no dog hair. His name is Caesar. He does not have access to the spare bedrooms and will be downstairs or in my room mostly. Absolutely NO: Smoking anything inside Parking on grass Flicking butts (use ashtray) Flushing anything other than toilet paper Parties or events (without written consent) Manipulation of any outside security camera (to include touching, turning off electrical power to, or restricting the cameras functionality in any way.) Failure to follow these rules will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
