The space After an all-round renovation, with completely new furnishings and fittings, a small, modern and elegant boutique hotel has emerged in the middle of Munich-Schwabing. Our privately run hotel reopened in August 2020 with a new visual identity and branding have been injected into the property, which originally opened almost 50 years ago. Breaking away from traditional hotel design, the hotel, with eight rooms on one floor, is the perfect place to relax in this beautiful cosmopolitan city. The six double rooms and two single rooms in urban style offer modern amenities such as flat screens and free WiFi as standard. The heart of the hotel is the spacious lounge in urban glam style. It offers a pleasant atmosphere and a fantastic view of life in Schwabing. Ideal to relax with family, friends or colleagues. Here you will find a common area with comfortable seating areas, a fast WiFi connection and a WiFi printer. Guests can make tea and coffee at reception. In addition, a fridge with a wide selection of drinks is available 24/7. We, the owners, are happy to provide you with recommendations and tips. We are here for you and look forward to your visit. Please inform us by E-Mail one day before your arrival when you want to check in after 06:00 pm. Late Check-in after 06:00 p.m. We are not staffed 24/7. All late check-in after 06:00 pm have an entry into the hotel only with a door code. You will receive the door codeafter registration and at the moment when the room has been cleaned, inspectedand ready for check-in. On the date of departure the hotel room shall be vacated at the latest by 11:00 pm. Check-Out You can check-out any time up until 11AM by local time. Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are. At check-out time please leave keys at the reception desk. Parking Street Parking is available (in front of the Hotel), if you can find a car park space (€ 1,00/hour and € 6,00/per day). Underground Car Park at Feilitzschhöfen, Feilitzschstraße 8, 80802 München (per hour 2,50 €, per day 24 hours 20,00 €). In case you come by car, we suggest to drop off your luggage at the hotel before you park it. But it´s better, when you come with public transport. Cleaning Our Housekeeping Team cleans the rooms not on a daily basis. We also do not change towels and sheets every day. Our standard is to change your towels every third day. Linen will changed weekly. This dramatically reduce the impact of our hotel on the environment by saving water and detergent. All guest rooms will cleaned and sanitized after check-out. Non Smoking Hotel Munich Rooms is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking in hotel’s public areas as well as guest rooms is therefore prohibited. The hotel shall be entitled to demand that guests reimburse any associated special cleaning costs,as well as loss of earnings arising from an inability to re-let a room, in the event of non-compliance. The hotel hereby expressly reserves the right to deduct these costs to the amount of at least EUR 50.00 from a guest’s credit card deposited for security. There is no right to receive overnight accommodationin a particular room. However, we guarantee only the category.
