Inside, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and lots of pots and pans, laundry, 3 cable TVs, and air con units in all three bedrooms. Outside, there is a screened porch, and a deck with a Weber charcoal grill. There is a swingset /sandbox area next to the deck, and a pier to tie your boat or cast a bait. Madison has a wealth of food, music, and activities only 15 minutes away. This is a great place for families to get together. I have several that have stayed for 30+ summers! We rent kayaks, paddleboards, and a pontoon. No pets allowed. Located at #1 rated Crown Point Resort, the #4 Cottage is also top rated by VRBO. Not a party house. No Bachelor/bachelorette groups.
