The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful old building, some of which is already over 300 years old. Public transportation is a few minutes away, plenty of shopping in the immediate vicinity, just 20 minutes to the city, vineyards and wine taverns within walking distance The space The completely newly renovated and newly furnished apartment of about 65 m² consists of an anteroom, bathroom with toilet, a fully equipped custom kitchen, a storage niche for luggage or shopping, a beautiful dining room, as well as a bedroom and a living/bedroom. ○ Anteroom: Next to the kitchen door is the waste system, the fridge, a fire extinguisher, wardrobe, a cordless vacuum cleaner and a mirror with hooks for the wardrobe. ○ Bathroom: It contains the shower, a sink with mirror cabinet and the toilet (a hairdryer is available). ○ Kitchen: Consists of an induction stove with 4 cooking zones, including a pull-out cutlery drawer incl. cutlery and kitchen utensils and 2 other drawers with pots and pans. Microwave with grill function, dishwasher, washing machine, dishwashing with trash can, kitchen cabinets with microwave dishes, drinking glasses, bowls, teapot set, egg cooker and egg cup, toaster, coffee maker (Tschibo tabs). ○Dining room: Separate storage space for suitcases, clothes rack is located behind wall shelf and an iron in the wall shelf. A desk with a swivel chair and behind it a tall cabinet with storage compartments. A cozy sofa bed with full bed function (160 cm x 200 cm) incl. Bedding and two additional bedspreads complete the room. WiFi is available. Guest access The attic apartment is on the second floor and can be reached via the staircase. Other things to note Parking space: For a fee of €20 per day, a parking space is available in the front yard. When leaving the apartment or if present even in the rain, please close all windows! (Water damage). Absolute ban on the flat roof, no liability is assumed for negotiation. At check-out, please lock the apartment key in the key safe. A local tax of 5% on the total price is still to be paid on site (statutory local tax)
