My apartment is a very bright 27-square-meter studio. The window faces south onto a large, very quiet courtyard space with trees and vegetation (with birdsong in the morning!). It has a very good internet connection; the metro is a stone's throw away, you can park your car in the surrounding streets; there are shops, bars and nice restaurants all around and the Montmartre hill is a six or seven minute walk away.
