The apartment is on the second floor, only two blocks from the beach. 5 minutes walk to old town. Many golf courses just minutes away with a car. It is a very nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, bars and shops just outside the door. The apartment has a newly renovated kitchen, and all furnitures are fresh.
