Only a few minutes walking distance from Mollymook beach, golf course, shops and cafes. Offering a queen size bed & double sofa bed, it sleeps 4 comfortably. A portacot is also here at no extra charge. If you’re staying in, there is a kitchen with stove top, portable oven, coffee machine, & all the usual appliances. You can also cook outside in the communal undercover BBQ area. DVD’s will keep you occupied on rainy days, and there’s plenty of blankets and a heater to keep you warm. The space Separate living with one bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Kitchen with stovetop, microwave, fridge and portable oven. Portacot, high chair, baby/kid plates and cutlery. Huge selection of DVDs and game console. Mini Mal surfboard is display only, (previous guest broke it so the resin is cracked), but there’s a boogie board in the cupboard. Guest access Shared laundry with two washers and a dryer at back of units as well as two clotheslines. Shared bathroom with shower next to laundry (in addition to the ensuite upstairs in the unit). Shared undercover BBQ area. Other things to note Smokers can smoke in undercover BBQ area but we ask you to be mindful of other guests.
