The house offers them everything they need and beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to play. You will find a variety of games and many books for all ages. For parents, several amenities for young children are available in the house, according to your request. Conversely, we do not wish to receive groups composed only of young adults. MAXIMUM HOUSE CAPACITY A maximum capacity of 12 people is indicated. However, the maximum number of adults cannot be greater than 8. If your group includes 12 people, the other places must be occupied by children or young teenagers (the house has 4 beds of 160 cm and 4 beds of 90 cm). INSIDE THE HOUSE - a large entrance with a cloakroom, - a large dining area with fitted kitchen (induction stove, full appliances, Thermomix), - a TV lounge with a Netflix subscription, a Wii console and games, - a large lounge serving as an office and library and featuring a second TV area and a computer (Apple) that you can use, - a first mezzanine which is a comic book area (nearly 1000 comics), a games library (about 250 board games) and a piano, - a second mezzanine which is a safe play area for children and includes many games for all ages, - four large bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed and a private bathroom, a second with a 160 cm bed, a third with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, a fourth with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, - two toilets, - a large bathroom with shower and bathtub with all the necessities, - a laundry room equipped with iron, washing machine and dryer. EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE - two large terraces with tables for lunch, - a large heated 10 m x 5 m pool, essential during the summer! The pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. - a large private garden of about 2500 m2 including parking for 4 cars, a vegetable garden and ornamental trees, - a garden shed where you will find bicycles for the whole family. At the back of the house, along the forest, you will have direct access to a hiking trail, the GR 59 "Jura Escape". POOL OPENING Weather permitting, the pool is open between May 1 and September 15. ALL-INCLUSIVE PREMIUM SERVICE: EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED We do everything we can to ensure you have the best stay possible. Everything is included in the price. You'll find everything you need for your stay on site. There is no need to bring anything, everything will be provided free of charge and without extra charge: linens, sheets, towels, toiletries and kitchenware, everything is available on site and without extra charge. Beds are made upon arrival. Please note that some of our personal belongings may remain on site (clothes in closets for example) but we make sure you have ample storage space. You can always reach us at any time during your stay if needed. On a daily basis, the calm, the forest and the birds will be your companions. You will be quiet because the neighborhood is small and high-quality: only one house on the right that is not very visible and one on the left a little closer but with friendly neighbors. IMPORTANT: We do not charge a cleaning fee, but the house must be returned in the same condition in which you found it. For linens, sheets, duvets, towels, we do not ask you to wash them but just to leave on the floor in front of the beds or in the laundry room the ones you have used and that we will wash ourselves. We do not ask you to clean before leaving (windows, floors...), but the house must be tidied as when you arrived, the dishes must be done. If you break something (it can happen) please let us know so we know what needs to be repaired or replaced. See you soon! Guest access You will have access to the entire house with the exception of a small attic where we store personal belongings. You will be alone on the property that you rent so entirely, the pool being private it is reserved for you. Other things to note IMPORTANT: This is our personal home where we usually live. We therefore want to rent to people who respect the property of others. No parties or pets allowed. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
