We are on the 4th and top floor of the building (no elevator), facing the Esterel Mountains, with no overlooked views, offering a 180-degree view. The attic apartment is full of charm, with two small, well-decorated bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen open to the living area, and a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and drinks in the sun... a delight! The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for cooking. A living room with a sofa, a small, fully equipped kitchen open to the living area (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator, etc.) An 8-square-meter terrace overlooking the living room.
