The space This very well-equipped apartment consists of: - a small entrance - a living room with a sofa bed a coffee table, a dining table for 4 people, internet/wifi, TV - a fully equipped American kitchen with oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster and everything you need to cook - a room with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm - 1 private en-suite shower room, washbasin - Separate toilet Apartment equipped with hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Linens are provided (sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made upon arrival. Guest access Access to the entire home Other things to note Check-in: It is done in the apartment between 2 and 8 p.m. Please let us know exactly when you arrive so that one of our agents can wait for you at the apartment. In case of delay we ask you to notify us in order to reorganize us. If the apartment is available earlier, we offer you the possibility of arriving before 2 p.m. Please contact us if you are concerned, we will be happy to accede to your request. Late arrivals: A supplement of €30 will be charged if the arrival must be made after 8pm, and a supplement of €50 for any arrival after 10pm, and 80 euros after midnight. Checkout: Checkout is between 9am and 11am. Depending on the agreed time, we will meet you at the apartment for an inventory and the return of the keys. Sundays and public holidays: We inform you that if you plan to arrive or leave the apartment on a Sunday or a public holiday in the French calendar, you will be asked for an additional 30€ to be paid upon arrival.
