The local shops and restaurants in the charming village of Mijas are just 5 minutes away by car. A 10 minute drive will also take you to Cubana and Carvajal beaches. WIFI and air condition /heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included. The space -Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area: The unique shapedsaltwater swimming pool has Roman steps for easy access. There is ample space on the sorrounding lawn to relax on the sun loungers whilst enjoying the views down to the coast. To cool off, there is a child out seating area under the covered terrace by the front door. There also 2 tables and chairs for dining al fresco in true Spanish style. The villa has a pool table and ping pong table. -Entrance: The driveway leads up to the villa entrance with space for 3 hire cars. -Living space: The front door opens directly into the lounge where there is comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. There are double patio doors leading out to the pool, meaning plenty of light floods the room, and allowing you to appreciate the pleasant views. The dining area is to one side of the lounge and to the other side there is a stairway leading to the first floor. -Kitchen: The kitchen is large, spacious and well equipped with a table and chairs in the centre, an ideal spot for breakfast. -Bedrooms and bathrooms: On the ground floor there is 1 large double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
