The ground floor is open plan with a kitchen & dining area on one side & living room on the other. There are 2 staircases, one either end of the cottage with a Kingsize Bedroom, Twin Bedroom & Family Bathroom located at the top of each one which makes it great for two families sharing. PLEASE NOTE: The small indoor pool and games room are now closed but guests of Kingston have free access to the McCaulay's Leisure Club in Dinnaton near Ivybridge with a 25m pool, gym, and golf course. Upstairs there are four bedrooms two kingsize and two twin rooms with two family bathrooms. There are two staircases in this cottage one either end of the cottage with a Kingsize and twin room located at the top of each one which makes it great for two families sharing. Outside there is a secure picket fence garden with views over the fields and beyond to the village of Broadhempston.
