Lakeside 4 Bedroom home/wine area with outside patio On the Mokelumne River, North of Lodi, comfortable rambling home with four King bedrooms, two bathrooms one shower and one shower/bath tub. The property has a private lake and beach with river access, a shaded outside porch, large open meadow perfect for games and activities. Available for a wine tasting weekend, couple get away or family retreat, etc. with large fireplace and cozy areas. Family home is comfortably set up with living room and dining room as well as "Family room" (extra living room) to enjoy time together, in separate groups, and individually. Beautiful view of private lake offers relaxing environment. It would be perfect for holiday get-togethers. Large outdoor activity field for soccer, volleyball, bocce ball. Two Kayaks and rafts (four life jackets are available) for use in the river. Fishing is also an enjoyable pastime. A paddleboat has been very popular for lake/river outings. During summer times, open windows to enjoy Delta breeze at night. The secluded property is on the Mokelumne River. We will have a key lock to access the key to open the front door. I or my sister in law will be available to answer questions. It is a relaxing secluded retreat. Perfect for couples or family get- togethers. Please contact us if you have specific requests. Four wineries are within a quarter of a mile and the growing Lodi winery community is becoming increasingly popular. Access to both private lake and river. 4 King bed rooms and 2 bathrooms - one shower and one bath tub, are available for couples or family use. Additional couches may also be used in rumpus room. The property is within five miles of downtown Lodi between Highway 99 and Highway 5 with easy access from Sacramento airport. Public transportation is not available, but private options are possible. Lodi area was voted 2015 wine area! There are lots of activities listed on the Lodi wine (EMAIL HIDDEN) -We are willing to allow early check in and allow you to enjoy YOUR LAST DAY. Additional time after noon could be available upon request. Later check in may be possible upon request. -Renters must be 25 years of age. -PETS may be allowed, please include animal details with request. We have recently cleaned the carpets. WE MUST REQUEST THAT DOGS BE CRATED OR SUPPLIED WITH DOG PADS TO KEEP OUR HOME CLEAN AND SANITARY!!! Be aware that coyotes, raccoons, wild turkeys are in the vicinity.
