We’re close to Downtown, just northeast of it, and situated between Pasadena and Glendale. Our cozy and well thought out studio was recently remodeled and designed by a interior designer with our guests in mind. It’s located in the back of our house, is a separate unit and has easy and private access. The space The guest house has central air/heat. There’s also a private patio area for your use. This property has a self-checkin, so you can check in whenever you want after 3pm. Parking is on the street and no permits are required. Guest access Guest have their own private outdoor area for relaxation. Other things to note We have little dogs and two kids who you may see and hear occasionally, but we’ll do our best to stay out of your way. The guest studio is a pet free and smoke free room.
