It has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric stove, etc.), a spacious living room, a room with a double bed and another room with 2 beds (+1 hideaway bed) and a recently renovated bathroom. It has air conditioning in all rooms and wifi. The rooms have double windows for isolation. The bathroom is very spacious and has a designer shower. The building has common areas such as swimming pool and fronton. 1 underground parking space is included. The house is delivered disinfected. As this is our summer family flat, we strict guest admission criteria. We only accept reservations from guests with at least 3 evaluations and an average rating of at least 4,5. For reservations of 15 days or more, a maid service is included to clean the apartment and replace towels and sheets free of charge once a week.
