Clean the Bbq if you use it. Please put the dirty Linen in the washing machine before you leave. Clean the living room and bedrooms, put the trash in the bin and take it outside. If you have a drinking night during your stay, please always clean up the trash (beer cans, bottles, chips etc) in the trash bin provided. If we find the house in such messy condition, unfortunately, I would have to charge you an extra charge of 150AUD (from your deposit in airbnb). It goes directly to the cleaning company for extra work. Other things to note PLEASE NOTED : Check in time is at 3pm. Check out time is at 10am.
