ENTIRE “LOWER LEVEL” WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE Quiet / relaxing ‘Country Comfort’ (Coburn, Aaronsburg, Millheim, Woodward, Rebersburg, Spring Mills, Centre Hall, Bellefonte, State College). 1.9 mi off Rt 45 in Aaronsburg; 3 mi to Millheim; 4.5 mi to Woodward Camp; 26 mi to Penn State. World famous flyfishing Penns Creek plus many other streams. Remote area with state parks close by for cyclists, runners, hikers, or other adventurous individuals. The space We’ve been told the fields and mountain view is breathtaking..... (We reside in the upper level which is NOT included in this rental.) Fully furnished lower level houses 2 bedrooms with dressers and closet space, plus a full bath. Pull-out full size sleeper sofa in the open area. The kitchenette (not a full size kitchen) includes a 4.5 cu ft frig/very tiny freezer, bar sink, toaster, microwave, Bullet, hot water warmer, and a Keurig. We provide a variety of coffee and teas, hot chocolate and sugar/sweetener/creamer, bottled water, snacks, and a breakfast type treat - at no added expense to our guests. Our 'gym' consists of a Gazelle Supreme located in Bedroom #2. Almost 6 acres of mowed yard to hang out on, kids can run and play. Fire pit for enjoyment by day and star watching at night. Mountain pies, roasted marshmallows, hot dogs, or s'Mores, anyone?? Picnic table on your patio and we have fire side seating for all. WI-FI IS PROVIDED along with Dish network. We built our home in 2000 while 2 of our 5 sons were still teenagers and this was their humble abode. They (sadly) grew up and left mom/dad behind, married and have families of their own so now we have an empty nest..... but are thrilled to share and meet/make new friends. Guest access You will have access to a fully furnished lower level with a private outside patio entrance, unless we have snow or a really wet field, then you'll enter through the upstairs which is not a problem for us at all. If this happens, you will access steps to get to the lower level. (OUR PRIMARY RESIDENCE IS THE UPPER LEVEL WHICH IS ‘NOT’ INCLUDED IN THIS AIRBNB RENTAL.) Other things to note WE LIVE IN THE UPPER LEVEL, WHICH IS ‘NOT’ INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL OF THE ‘ENTIRE LOWER LEVEL’. After 32.5 years as an Administrative Assistant at Penn State, Edna retired June 30, 2017 and the Bob Guy retired from Penn State January 2, 2026 after 20 years as a Research Animal Caretaker. We have 5 grown sons, are PROUD USMC parents of 2, PSU graduates = 2, and all 5 have worked at PSU at some point in time in their lives. So, YES, we bleed Blue and White (!!) and would love for you to bring your PENN STATE spirit and come enjoy some country air!! We also welcome non-PSU'ers with open arms.
