Mid Century Modern Highlands Derby Home

Our home is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath walkout ranch in the Upper Highlands. The open floor plan on both levels make it a great space for a group get away. There is plenty of space on the screened in porch to hang outside or grill out. Less than 5 minutes from airport, 10 from Churchill Downs and right by the interstate. Close to restaurants, bars and the zoo. The space We live on a cul-de-sac on a beautiful 2/3 acre lot. The main floor has an open floor plan for the living, kitchen and dining areas with a 85 inch TV. The floor also has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunkbed. Bedroom 3 has a twin bed with a twin trundle and a TV. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have room darkening/blackout curtains to help you sleep in! The back door opens to a screened in porch with a large sectional and hammock. We have a 6 burner Weber gas grill so it is a perfect spot for a cookout! Enjoy the view of our large backyard with lots of wildlife. The walkout basement has a large sectional and 75" TV, a 4th bedroom with a full bed and TV, 1/2 bath and a laundry room with washer and dryer. We also have a queen air mattress that can be used in any common space. We do not have cable but we do have all of the local channels as well as several streaming services. There is wifi throughout the house. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage so that we may use it to store personal items. Other things to note We have several neighbors with young children so to be respectful of them we ask that there is no loud noise/music after 10pm, especially if you are outside.
