Built around its 500sq ft.,15ft high living room, it is 1200 sq ft large and includes 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The apt was entirely renovated in 2017-2018, including new furniture. The apt is modern and luxurious, not "charming" or "typical" (that, in many listings, really means "old"). The building is about 10 years old, located just behind a small park, in a super quiet street. The 3 big windows that go up through the ceiling's living room bring all the natural light you can dream of. And more. WiFi and Internet throughout, including on the living room's video projector. Original NY-themed artwork on the walls. There really isn't anything missing: I'm living there! The living room boasts three sofas (one of them converting to a 120cm bed for 2), no TV but a videoprojector (hooked up with the internet and Netflix), a straight piano, and a sleek black designer dining table that can accomodate 8 comfortably. The master bedroom is large (180sq ft), with a queen bed and spare storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom is a little smaller but very fairly sized (120sq ft), has 2 single beds, storage space (i.e. you DO have more than enough room to open your luggage). Naturally, there is ample space remaining in the apt. There are also two full bathrooms (each with a standing shower and WC, one of them with a washing machine). I've been living there for a few years and anybody getting in has always instantly felt great in it; I do take care of the apt as I would of my baby. I think it's a great space for a family with 2 kids or more. I can also make available a parking space for you on request. Simple rules apply: no pets, no smoking, no drugs, no bachelor/bachelorette parties, no more than 5 people in the apt. No exception - violation of the rule will result in eviction without compensation nor refund. Transportation: PC3 bus is at the corner; 2 subway options: line 13 (Porte de Clichy) at 10min walk, RER and line 3 (Wagram and Pereire) at 12-15 minutes. Velib' station (public bicycle system) at a 2min walk, across the park. Taxi stand at 3min walking distance. Bakery with amazing bread at 2min and convenience store/groceries / mall (So Ouest) within 3-5 min. The closest monuments are Montmartre and Charles de Gaulle Etoile. Safe building: digicode at the gate, then at the first door of the building then at the second key, then only you're inside the building. Nothing is shared, guests have access to the whole apt, except one small room that is closed for storage. Access to parking slot too. I may not be present but reachable 24/7 by phone/email.
