The Balcony Apartment is self catering and is located in Oban on the West Coast of Scotland. It is situated on the sea shore with outstanding and uninterrupted views over Oban Bay and the Island of Kerrera. The exceptional waterside setting lends itself to a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The full length windows in the living/dining/kitchen area take advantage of the coastal setting. There is off street private parking. The space 2 large, cosy, swivel armchairs are placed at the full length windows so that you can enjoy the wildlife and activity of passing boats and ferries. Binoculars are supplied. The fully equipped, modern kitchen ( with a sea view! ) has integrated dishwasher and full size integrated fridge/freezer, a coffee machine, oven, induction hob and microwave. The bedroom has a sea view, comfortable king size bed and usb power points. The adjacent modern bathroom has a power shower with walk in cubicle. Outside a private wrap around covered balcony with seating area overlooks the spectacular scenery. To the side of the property there is a new paved patio area with a table and chairs so that, weather permitting, you can enjoy the sea views, as it gets the sun up to mid to late afternoon. There is also a bike rack on the patio area should you choose to bring your cycles with you. Guest access The apartment is all on one level. However the laundry area, with washing machine and indoor drying facilities, brushes and mops etc is on a lower floor which is accessible by a staircase. Other things to note The apartment is available for 2 adults only and is completely non smoking, including e cigarettes. Smoking is not permitted on the balcony or patio. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate infants, children or pets. Bookings are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
