This modern 100 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, just 200 meters from Puerta del Sol. In a place full of restaurants, bars and small boutiques, it is PERFECT for visiting the city center, close to some of the most emblematic places, such as the Thyssen, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol... Its location will allow you to visit the most touristic places on foot! For up to 3 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space Its central location is highly appreciated for visiting the city but it can be not quiet with the noise of the city. In the apartment, light colours predominate with some touches of colour bringing elegance to its design, and a signature furniture. Its high quality finishes continue the same decorative aesthetics as the rest of the apartment, providing a sense of harmony and total elegance. It is a second floor exterior apartment. The apartment is divided into the following areas: - a cozy living room, in an open floor that is integrated with the kitchen, is furnished with a three-seater sofa, two coffee tables, two armchairs and a flat screen TV - a fully equipped kitchen with an ideal breakfast bar - a dining area conditioned for 4 people - 2 bathrooms (one ensuite in the double room) equipped with shower - 2 large bedrooms that we detail below The bedrooms are spacious and bright, thanks to their large windows that allow the passage of a large amount of natural light: - a master bedroom with a large bed (1.50m x 2.00m), built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower - a second bedroom with a bed (0.90m x 2.00m) and built-in closets The entire floor has a wooden floor, except for the bathrooms which are made of ceramic. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. It has heating and air conditioning through a cold/hot system that is regulated from the living room and also the bedrooms. The washer/dryer is the same appliance, 2 in 1. Restricted area by car: If you arrive by car, please take into account the new regulations in force, which requires you to park your vehicle in a parking lot unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car.
