The space My one-bedroom condo offers a welcoming open kitchen equipped with nearly every essential for cooking, complemented by a cozy living area featuring a sofa bed, two chairs, and a dining table. Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy a stunning view of Lake Dillon, complete with a grill and a set of patio furniture for al fresco dining. Inside, you'll find a comfortable bed with ample storage space in the closet and drawers. The bedroom also boasts a convenient sink, while a full bath provides additional comfort and functionality. For your convenience, the shared coin-operated laundry room is located near the clubhouse and is easily accessible from the garage. Your unit includes a covered garage spot, designated as 104. Please be mindful not to disturb my personal belongings, and kindly refrain from opening the kitchen drawer located near the stove, as it may inadvertently activate one of the stove elements. If you're familiar with operating the fireplace, feel free to use it at your convenience. Please use your own firewood and ensure to clean the fireplace after use.
