From the top floor of an absolute waterfront location, there is nothing blocking your view. From hawks and pelicans flying past your windows, to a birds eye views of dolphins as they swim past in the channel, this commanding view is yours. The space Outstanding views are afforded from the entire apartment with views from directly east over Bulcock Beach, the shipping lane and the Pacific Ocean, to the south west overlooking Bribie Island, the Pumicestone Passage and even glimpses of the Glasshouse Mountains. You can watch sunrise with a coffee in the morning from your own balcony, and end the day enjoying a glass of wine and the fading pink skies of sunset from the same location. You can enjoy the views even while lying in bed as the master bedroom commands the same views as the rest of the apartment. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with views forever and a large ensuite bathroom with shower and twin basins. The second bedroom can be made up as either another king size bed or as two single beds as necessary, and can access the bathroom as ensuite. The second bathroom has shower over bath and a separate toilet. Even from the kitchen you share the outstanding views of this apartment. With all necessary features including oven, microwave, large fridge and a large pantry, you can cook every meal if you desire. The private rooftop terrace is accessed via an internal staircase, and provides you with a large 4 person hot tub, BBQ, outdoor furniture setting and sun lounges. A child gate is provided if you are bringing the little ones and need to prevent them climbing the stairs. Guest access There is secure allocated parking in the parking garage with elevators to every floor. Your private rooftop is access via an internal staircase. Our shared pool area contains three swimming pools and a hot spa tub. One of our pools is heated all year. The BBQ area is easily accessed at the waterfront, and you are welcome to fish from our private resort boardwalk. Other things to note Our on-site manager is contactable 24 hours a day via telephone for any issues you may have. watermark Resort is having pool renovations done until 22nd August 2024 and the pools and spa will be clossed until then.
