Breathe in... enjoy Miami! Great private room.
Enjoy a beautiful and relaxing Miami experience at this private room at our home. Garden with picnic table and uncovered private parking for a car. Both Miami and Fort Lauderdale International Airports less than 25 minutes away; 12 minutes from the beach (South Beach 18 minutes); Wynwood and Design District 7 min. away. Your room has TV with Netflix and YouTube. We do not have microwave. We recycle to give a back to our garden. No pets allowed. English and Spanish spoken. Hablamos Español. Kitchen and washer/dryer are in common areas. You have a private full bathroom with bath tub it. There are plenty of grocery stores and good restaurants including vegan options close by. Visit as well the oasis of a local farm two blocks away. This is a shoe less home; sleepers provided if needed. No tobacco inside but you can enjoy the garden. Great quality mattress and pillows to assure great sleep. As is a shared house we ask for quite time (moderate noise) after 10 PM. No parties. You have access to the kitchen, dinning room, living room, garden, washer/dryer and your private room and bathroom. Our schedules depend on clients but we will be more than happy to spend time to chat about options of things to do in Miami, restaurants or talk about the world. If we're busy at your arrival time we'll share the code so you can get in the house any time. I decided to move into this place in 2014 because it is easy to move around anywhere and it's a quite neighborhood. You get to experience Miami without the chaos of the party energy. It's a place to relax and recharge. Public transportation is really slow in Miami so it's suggested to use your own transportation. I-95, Biscayne Boulevard and bridge to the beach a few blocks away, so you can get to the main attractions in no time.
