The space Beautiful location on a quiet family friendly street with a park frontage and spectacular lake view. It’s attached to another apartment but it has a privacy. Recently refurbished, new carpet, new heat pump, new kitchen and new bathroom. Both bedrooms are in the first floor of the house . Comfortable space, bright, sunny bedrooms, downstairs deck, upstairs balcony and plenty of space. We provide babycot/crib and baby linen during your stay Across the road from Frankton beach and walking track, very close to Remarkables ski field, short walk to the Hilton and Water Taxi. A magic spot great for two couples or a family. Note: There's a renovation going on next door. If you book during January to February 2024, expect to hear some noises around 9am-4:30pm weekdays. Guest access The guest can access the whole house except the 1 bedroom in the ground floor labeled “ private” Other things to note 1.)The house is attached with another aparment but it wont bother your stay.They have their own section. What you see in the photo is the place you can access. 2.) Our home uses a hot water cylinder, which means hot water is limited. Please be mindful of usage, as it may take 1–3 hours to reheat once depleted.
