Penthouse with roof terrace & view on the harbour

The bright and very well equipped 2 room penthouse apartment has its own green roof terrace, where many kinds of fruits, vegetables and flowers grow. The apartment is on the fourth floor and has one bedroom, one bathroom and an open combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed. A staircase leads to the private roof terrace. As you can see on the panorama you will have privacy on the terrace. The space The apartment is located on the fourth floor of an apartment building as the only apartment on the level. From the large hallway you can access the bedroom, bathroom and the open kitchen-living room. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.40 m wide bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower bath. The bright kitchen-living room is separated from the hallway by a door with glass pane. To ensure privacy, the glass pane can be covered with a curtain. In the living room there is a large TV, which is connected to the internet with an Amazon Fire TV stick (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube etc). Furthermore, there is a large corner sofa in the living room which can be folded out to form a large 1.60 m wide sofa bed. The sofa bed can also be separated from the rest of the room with a curtain. For the musical entertainment there is a music system (aux cable) and Bluetooth box. A staircase leads from the living room to your own private roof terrace. On the roof terrace we have planted various kinds of vegetables, fruits and flowers. Here you can and should please help yourself, you can eat everything that is ripe. Among other things we have grown tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchinies, various salads, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, beetroot, chard, edible flowers, beans, pimentos de padron and various herbs. We have installed an automatic irrigation system to supply the plants in the troughs. However, we would ask you to water the flower boxes and the pots in front of the plant troughs from time to time, as they are not connected to the irrigation system. Furthermore, there is nothing to prevent a cosy evening on the approximately 16 sqm large roof terrace. You have a panoramic view over the Dancing Towers (St. Pauli), the Michel (Hamburg's landmark), the Köhlbrand Bridge and the harbour (both very beautiful at night!). Otherwise, due to the proximity of the harbour, you can always hear the ships and the seagulls breeding on the neighbouring roof. In good weather you can even sleep on the roof terrace! For this you will have an air mattress at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. Various kitchen utensils are available for a nice cooking evening. Also in the kitchen there is a big beautiful wooden table with a wooden bench and four chairs. All in all there is a comfortable seating capacity of eight at the table. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation.
