The space Independent 27 m² studio, completely renovated, carefully decorated, and fully equipped. The small staircase leading to the accommodation opens onto a living area with a sofa and TV, a dining area, a separate sleeping area with a large double bed (140-cm Bultex mattress), and a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Some essentials will be waiting for you upon arrival (tea, coffee, pasta, rice, olive oil, salt, pepper). High-speed fiber Wi-Fi, TV, Bluetooth speaker in the shower, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, clothesline, toilet paper… nothing is missing. Bed linen, towels, and cleaning products included. Sheets are washed at 140°F (60°C) after each stay. Guest access Self check-in using a key box… you can choose your own schedule! FREE PARKING on the surrounding streets. Parc de la Gaudinière and the Cens Valley, which provides access to the Erdre, are less than a 5-minute walk away.
