Beautiful Hatteras Island home. The home is built for guests of all ages, the sound front home has water views from all rooms & sleeps 8 people comfortably. This 3 bedroom home with an open living space has many "sweet spots" to read books, play games & water access for kiting, kayaking… to enjoy a relaxing fun holiday. Equipped with: a basketball hoop, great bike riding & local path, sound front beach, pier to sound, jacuzzi on the main sound front deck, ping pong & modern amenities. Rents Sunday to Sunday. If you are renting 2 weeks or more, the cleaning fee and hot tub fee schedule changes. It is $250 per week after the second week for cleaning and $50 a week for hot tub fees. NOTE: March 2020 to Present - ALL LINENS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE RESIDENCE. Our cleaning service requires this. There are linen rental companies throughout the OBX (as the removal of linens has become common place & was being done prior to COVID for most properties).
