All guests need to register for the face scan in order to enter the building and anyone can use the gym after completing the face scan. 5.our standard check-in time is from 2 PM to 8 PM. Late check-in fee of 200 Baht for late check-in from 8pm to 10pm. 6. The rent includes a monthly electricity allowance: 20-30 days stay: 700 THB；Over 30 days: 1,000 THB，Excess usage deducted from deposit. No parking allow (Only for monthly rental).
