The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you will accept that an additional €30 be deducted from your deposit . Please take out your trash before your final departure from the accommodation. . The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 150€ to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorization. . One kit of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one kit per bed and per stay.
