This is one room in a house that has a Big bathroom across from your room with lots of space. Your stay here means that you'll be close to the mnt. foothills and trails. Cannabis ok on the patios. The space I have my own bathroom so that one is for your towels and accoutrements. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood, only a few minutes to the great big Mountain. Fifteen minutes to downtown and most hospitals. There's art covering all the walls in the home and it is a quiet place. In the summer/fall and spring the yards and grassy and lush in the warmer times of the year. The room is very comfortable. a little fridge is in the room for easy acsess drinks etc. The entry way has 2 steps and the inside of the house has no extra steps except the shower/tub is a very big step in. Guest access I will give a door code after booking. During your stay I won't interrupt, but if you have the gift of gab, I will chat with you unless you you need privacy.
