This area of the city is a hidden gem known mostly to locals, which combines the safety and quaintness of one of DC’s finest residential areas with great dining and nightlife options right outside your door. Your hosts, Lisa and Steve, are local and experienced Airbnb Hosts who love to help plan your trip to our nation’s capital. The space Our unit is located on the third floor of a three level walk-up building. You will have exclusive access to one of studio apartments for the entirety of your stay. The apartment consists of a living room/bedroom, one bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. Skip the crowds, costs and minibars of a hotel and stay in our cozy studio with a full kitchen and King sized bed! The Kitchen Our Kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher to make your stay as easy as possible. It is stocked with all the basics for cooking- pots, pans, knives, colanders, cutting boards and a variety of utensils. Take full advantage of the convenience with three different markets all within a short walk of the building, including a local grocer, an Italian deli and shop and an organic market. Entertainment Relax at night with a 39” flat screen with basic cable and high speed WiFi which we provide information for upon arrival. Bathroom There is one full bathroom in the unit including shower and tub. Nearby Restaurants and Bars We provide a long list of recommendations for restaurants, bars and activities upon your arrival. Lisa and Steve love helping people plan their trip, so please, do not hesitate to reach out with questions, prior to, or during your stay. Guest access You will be granted access to the entire studio apartment for the duration of your stay. Your only shared space is the laundry off of the lobby by the front door. If you don't have quarters, please request some beforehand and we can get some to your room. Other things to note Despite what it may say in past reviews, we do not have parking or w/d in unit at this location beginning November 14, 2021.
