Delighted to share with you the joys of living in our apartment situated in the heart of Accra’s prestigious diplomatic district; just 500m from the US Embassy. The space The flat is a stylish and comfortable place to call your home away from home. It features a private balcony where you can sit in the sunshine and enjoy the fresh air and a well-decorated and cosy interior. Take the weight off your feet, chill out on the sofa and make yourself at home! In the kitchen, you will find all the modern appliances you need to cook a delicious meal that you can serve to friends or family sat around the dining table. The bedroom has a queen bed with fresh Egyptian cotton linen and a wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in as well as a well-appointed bathroom where you can enjoy a relaxing shower. Additionally there is also a brand new state of the art gym with training facilities as well as swimming pool with his and hers showers and closets. Guest access You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Other things to note *Government ID will be required before check-in Wi-Fi - Credit Allowance given for internet is 100GB per stay. Utility credit allowance given for electricity are 200 GHC per short stay and 500 GHC per long stay. Where usage exceeds the allowance, we will procure the excess payment from the tenant(s). We can also provide with cleaning services if required during your stay for a small fee, as well as there being a cafe within the courtyard of the apartment complex.
