I am running a number of flats, and it is my obligation to ensure that I maintain a harmonious environment where everyone feels welcomed and relaxed, hence I can be selective when it comes to accepting guests. First of all, I don’t accept payment outside Airbnb, and I don’t do viewing before booking, I believe there are ample of pictures and reviews that would help you in your decision. I expect that the names of all expected guests to be added to the reservation (even if children), any other unregistered guests will be charged $10 per day. (i.e., a reservation is done under a single name, I would expect one person to show up, charges will apply for any additional guests) I don’t usually ask for a security deposit, however if you have bad or zero reviews, no profile pic or just being rude , then expect me to ask for a ($200) to be returned on the day of departure, upon checking the flat. The flats are not childproof, and I do have furniture with sharp edges, pieces of decoration that are either made from glass, or small enough to be swallowed, so please be mindful of that. Last thing, upon accepting the reservation, I will be sending you the house rules, once you review them and accept them, then I will be sharing the check-in details along with the location.
