Tropical Inspired 2BR Unit Avida IT Park-50MBPS!

My unit is located on a higher floor of Avida Tower 1,inside Cebu's IT Park. It is located across Sugbo Mercado which (a weekend food market) ,and just a few minutes walk away is Ayala Central Bloc,a newly opened mall which has a supermarket, movie houses and restaurants . On the ground floor of the bldg is a 7/11 ,a Massage place & a Laundry shop. My unit is best for family or group of friends. It has a Queen sized bed in the main bedroom, a Single bed with a single pull out in the tv room. The space I have designed the place to have a tropical feel to make the guests stay a relaxing one. Internet speed is upto 50MBps, a Smart TV is also placed in the unit so you may be able to watch your favorite netflix series or view youtube. Guest access Guests may be able to use the pool located on the 1F of the building. 3 guests may use the pool at the same time. For additional guests they may be required by the condo admin to pay a 100 PHP swimming fee. Parking inside the building may be available depending on the date/s of your stay, there is a minimal parking fee. Other things to note Should you need another room/ unit in Avida Towers Cebu, I also have a studio unit,a one bedroom unit and a 2 Bedroom unit directly beside this unit available for rent too. It is also under airbnb.
