Other things to note Nightlife: given its central location, the proximity to restaurants and bars, with the respective movement of people and associated noise, despite the good soundproofing (high-quality windows), makes the space more suitable for adults or young people who enjoy nightlife or usually go to bed later. Air-conditioning: for maximum comfort, the apartment has air-conditioning in each of the bedrooms and in the living room. Hot water: The hot water in the apartment is generated from a storage water heater that is turned on and regulated, ready to be used in the bathrooms and kitchen. If the temperature drops, for example after using water in a bath, reheating to the set temperature is automatically reactivated (leads to flashing). The shower ready indicator lights up when there is enough hot water for at least one shower. Trash: At night, leave the trash bag on the street next to the building entrance or in a nearby container for collection by municipal services; do not leave the trash bag on the stairs.
