Description
The former farmhouse from 1864, a clay brick building with a saddle roof, is idyllically and quietly located, directly behind an old dyke. The house "Lee" is ideal for families and groups of 8 people, up to 12 people (with bunk beds) possible. The spacious, wildly romantic property with a view of the dyke foreland has ample space for socializing and offers optimal opportunities for a relaxing vacation. The space The house is situated in the 18th century, originally founded as a port settlement, which today has only about 100 inhabitants. The Sielort is located in Wangerland, between the seaside resorts of Horumersiel and Carolinensiel. The North Sea is only about 2 kilometers away to the north. From the dike in front of our house you can see the island of Wangerooge over the outer grove, the land that has been wrested from the sea over centuries. From Friederikensiel, the inland, which is characterized by marshes and geest, can be easily explored by bike. Guest access 2 houses under one roof - you live in the entire right half "Lee" (125 sq. m) alone. The house Lee has its own entrance area on the right front side and its own garden for free use. Other things to note The house is in a small, very quiet village of 100 people. The neighbors are all very nice and approachable. However, I must refer to the usual quiet hours from 10:00 pm. Weeds grow in the garden and around the house! We completely refrain from weed killers and the like. As a big thank you, among other things, forest owls, a hare, a pheasant and many, sometimes rare, bird species. For logistical reasons (number of beds), please bring your own bed linen and towels (German standard dimensions). !! In the high season, weekend bookings are only possible to a limited extent - here I ask for your understanding !!
