We are a small and hidden coworking and coliving space in the very center of Kuala Lumpur's downtown area. Most of our coliving guests are international remote workers who stay in Kuala Lumpur for 1 to 3 months, students of language schools or master's degrees, or someone who stay here for any other purposes. So you may make friends with more mature and calm people than typical backpackers. You can also enjoy the perfect location! All of our guests have been surprised how it's convenient. The space At our place, you'll have your own private apartment room with shared bathrooms. We also have a small 24/7 coworking space with remote work equipment, a cozy rooftop with hammocks, small kitchen with tons of easy cooking gadgets. You can also enjoy our amazing location! It's very important when you stay in Kuala Lumpur since it's designed as a car-oriented city. Our building itself is neither new nor a high scraper, however, you can access many landmarks shortly by walking. All of our guests who visit Kuala Lumpur for the first time have been surprised by our perfect location! - Please note our place doesn't have an elevator. You need to use the stairs to the 1st floor of Coworking, the 3rd floor of guest rooms, 4th floor of the rooftop. - We have two shared bathrooms. One is for females/the other is for all genders. - We have 6 more guest rooms. You may share the bathroom with other guests. - No car parking is available. - 3 friendly cats are in the coworking/living space Guest access All 7 rooms on the same floor are private. Your selected room types come equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a large desk and chair suitable for work. Shared facilities are available 24/7, including: bathrooms (one for women and one for all genders), the rooftop, coworking space, and a washing machine (RM5 per use). Other things to note Our entrance is secured with a smart lock. Use the passcode sent two days before your stay to enter and retrieve the key to your private room. After your arrival, the smart lock can be unlocked not only with the passcode but also with an IC key attached to your room key or with a fingerprint. Please request fingerprint registration from the host upon arrival.
