If is also situated on a top floor with spacious balcony to give you that beautiful city view while having your morning coffee or sipping a glass of wine at night. Grass Residences has plenty of swimming pools around with an exclusive pool at Fern Tower. There are also jogging paths, basketball and badminton court, gym and kids' play area. Aside from those amenities, the complex also houses AlfaMart convenience store, BDO bank, some good restaurants, a couple of spa, laundry shop, water station, dental clinic, LBC courier service, etc. Best of all , SM North Edsa, Trinoma and Ayala Vertis Mall can easily be accessed via bridgeway.
