This appartment is a home away from home which is very quiet and peaceful. The appartment is in a triplex and is decorated with taste and charm. The beds is extremely comfortable with either egyptian cotton and down feather pillows or hypoallergenic The space The appartement is a weekly location only. It is situated on a quiet street called Lusignan. It is right next to the Griffintown district which has become a very vibrant neighborhood. We are in the center of the city and are close to many of the city's activities and busy strips such as Ste-Catherine street and Crescent street. Montreal is very much a walking and biking city and you will find yourself able to get to many of the desired places from here on foot.. or by Bixi which are right around the corner. or metro (Lucien-Lallier on the orange line (5mins walk)) We are near restaurents, food market, grocery store and /or specialty grocers, the Bell center is 2 blocks away, Old Montreal, many restaurents, the canal Lachine is a 10 minutes walk and if you are an avid fitness person you can walk or jog up Peel street to the base of the Mt-Royal and do the steps all the way to the look out point which is the Chalet on top of the mountain. Guest access You will have access to a fully furnished kitchen. The ambiance is this kitchen is just bliss. You can cook all your meals if you wish to. A comfortable living room to enjoy. There is also a lovely little balcony that you can enjoy on warmer days and a BBQ for you to cook on as well. You can also enjoy watching a movie or just tv or Netflix. This place will make you feel at ease and certainly you will enjoy getting back to it at the end of your activities in the city :-) ameneties included: - Hi-speed internet - blue/ray dvd player -Netflix - books & films to borrow - Montreal guidebooks, maps and leaflets and a book with business cards of surrounding restaurents - juicer, microwave, toaster, Blender (Blendtek) coffeemaker and more - hair dryer - iron/ironing board - towels & extra sheets -clothes washing soap and softener if needed and more..
