Living room: comfy sofa set for large group gathering, cozy fur carpet, hardwood flooring, smart TV for entertainment (connected to high speed wifi) 2. Kitchen: fully equiped with all neccessary amenities like: dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, orange juice wringer, silverware, fridge, water cooler, water tap filter.... 3. Dining space: wooden table with 4 seats suits family/ group of friends, you can enjoy the meal while watching a movie with smart TV in living room nearby 4. Steam room & Jacuzzi on 6th floor, spacious & spotless (like the image) 5. Parking space: can contain up to 8 motorbikes, very spacious 6. Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, full cleaning facilities & liquids 7. Terrace: set of table & chair for chatting, having coffee, BBQ... ******* FREE BIKES ******* We leave free bikes for our guest at the storage on 1st floor ******* Our place is highly secured ******* - Main gate has lockbox with code. You could enter at anytime (no curfew) - Main entrance using smart lock with code too, very easy to use - Your private floor also has smart lock so we could make sure no other guests could affect your moments Guest access You will get access to the whole place with listed amenities. During your stay We are very glad and willing to assist you at any time between 6AM and 12AM everyday. We have online staffs speaking English, Korean, Chinese, French, Japanese,... with many helpful tips about food, tours, travelling, etc. Don't hesitate to contact in case there's anything we could help :) Other things to note We have extra mattress, extra office chair, baby crib, baby highchair, baking stuffs, extra beddings & towels...
