Hi AirBnB lovers! Welcome to our humble home in Johor Bahru =) Our studio apartment is located at R&F Princess Cove, right above the newly open R&F Mall. We are also conveniently located at only about 8 mins sheltered walking distance from JB CIQ / JB Sentral / City Square Mall! Our studio comes with 2 Queen-sized beds which accommodates up to 4 adults. The integrated living and bedroom space was thoughtfully designed to give you THE BEST home away from home experience :) The space 【The Studio】 Our home is equipped with 2 Queen-sized beds along with full air-conditioning, FREE high speed WIFI, a work desk, dining sets and a kitchen equipped for light cooking. We also provide washing machine and clothe drying rack for the convenience of long-stay guests. The integrated living + bedroom space is spacious and could comfortably accommodate 4 adults. 【The Bathroom】 Toiletries such as bath towels, hair & body shampoo, hair dryer, shower cap, sanitary bags and toilet paper will be provided. Toothbrush and toothpaste need to bring your own ya :) 【The Kitchen】 The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and basic utensils for light cooking such as induction cooker, electric kettle, pot and pan. Please note that the gas stoves are not commissioned for use (for safety reasons). We provide one induction cooker for some light cooking. 【Condo Facilities】 The facilities deck is located on Level 4 which includes: > Outdoor Swimming Pool > Gym > Jogging Track > Table Tennis (bats & balls provided) > Pool & Billiard Room > Squash Court > Kids Playground > Study & Meeting Place 【Carpark】 If you require a carpark for your stay, please check with us on the availability of carpark before making your booking. 【Note About Dual-key Space】 Kindly note that our studio is part of a dual-key unit. There is a common entrance space shared with another 2-Bedroom unit which also belongs to us (see photo 15). Guest access You'll have the entire unit for yourselves.
