Come and enjoy this quiet 500sq ft private room with private entry surrounded by mature gardens where you can relax, swim, or play tennis inside our beautiful gated estate... and only 3 minutes away from famous beaches, shops, cafés and restaurants! The space This tranquil suite with private outside entrance is located inside our estate on Point Dume, one of Malibu's most exclusive neighborhoods, where you’re only 3 minutes from famous beaches, shops, cafés and restaurants. The room features a Queen size bed covered in soft linen, down comforter (duvet) and pillows, private bathroom with tub, small walk-in closet, large dresser, small refrigerator, sitting area, wireless internet, workstation for your laptop, coffee & tea bar, and 16x9 flat screen TV with Directv(Satellite). The double french doors and windows have exquisite garden and pool views, and also allow for complete privacy to come and go as you please. The room is large enough to order an in house massage. So come and swim, play tennis or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the beautifully lush garden and magnificent sunsets. Guest access You will have access to enjoy the backyard... patios, large pool, spa, tennis court, gazebo with lounge chairs, and the tranquil gardens. During your stay We give our guests privacy but are available if they need anything! Other things to note To keep our costs affordable for all guests, the large swimming pool is not heated. However, we will be more than happy to heat the pool if you're interested in paying an additional $95 a day, for 8 hours at 80 degrees, we just need 24 hour notice. The hot tub is heated to 100 degrees in the evenings between 8 and 11 at no charge as a courtesy to our guests. While we are happy to invite guests into our home to enjoy the gardens and pool, we request that all guest please respect the property and neighborhood by not using boomboxes or other loudspeakers at levels that would be disruptive to others and by keeping noise whilst enjoying the pool, spa and grounds to a quiet level. We do not allow guests to bring pets or other animals onto our property. We have pets of our own and do not want to place undue stress on them by other animals being present in the house.
