Cozy, comfy cabin with WIFI. The heart of the cabin is a country kitchen where you'll be able to cook your own meals. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of cabin charm with room to unwind. An alcove off the King room has a twin bed. Local taxes will be calculated/charged when booking is accepted. Extra fees per night for more than 4 guests. Property Manager lives nearby. Non-shedding, house-trained pet with pet fee. Our guests love our quirky and cozy cabin as do we. The space My cute and quirky cabin layout gives you a glimpse into yesteryear when folks started with a small one-room cabin, then added to as time and resources allowed. There are two bedrooms off the living room which has New window unit for AC installed July 2023. Fans available. The Master has a king bed. The smaller bedroom has a double bed. Pack and Play and high chair available. Kitchen is completely equipped/furnished and you may use anything you find in the cupboards or frig if needed. There's a gas range/oven with 4 burners and a grill, a microwave, and most anything you'd need to prepare meals. There's an antique table and chairs for five. The game room has a regulation-sized pool table (for adults), children's board games and books. There’s a doll house with a few toys. Patio furniture cushions are stored under the pool table. Please bring them back in if used on deck. There are 2 bathrooms which each have a shower (no tubs). The Pine Cone bathroom is off the living room and has a handheld shower. The Bear-themed bathroom is off the kitchen (once was the back porch!) and offers large rain shower. Guest access Bring Flashlight to access cabin if arriving after dark. Once inside, you can turn on the light over the pool table with a chain pull. From the game room, go up two steps into kitchen, where several lights can be controlled by a switch on right wall. Small area spotlights are in game room and bedrooms which have a switch on base. Light switch for master bedroom is hidden in extreme far corner of room. Flashlights are important for first night to find all the switches :-) Other things to note The kitchen is 2 steps higher level than the other rooms in the cabin. We have parking and pathway behind the cabin that makes it easier to access, but it’s a gravel driveway with a few steps and uneven path from back gate to deck and front door. (Parking at front and below cabin is in repair at this time due to heavy rain ruts.) We have WiFi where you can access NetFlix or Roku etc. No cable nor local tv. DVD player available. We have a bbq grill, but cannot guarantee the Propane is always full, so if you would like to grill , let us know before arrival. Dumpster is at the bottom of the hill or another one behind cabin on the lot behind. Parking area behind cabin has room for 3 vehicles. Absolutely NO: No Smoking/Use of illicit drugs (Any cigarette butts/litter will affect deposit), No Bonfires, No Littering, No Partying, No Housing of guests other than those specified in rental agreement. Any of these incidents during your stay will result in your security deposit fee($250) deducted. PROPERTY MANAGER lives near. There are reasons we have these rules, but we know that you'll take care of the cabin as if it were your own.
