Stepaside Cottage

My home is on the Raquette River, with a great view, a small beach and some boating. It is a new home with all the amenities. Close to Clarkson University and SUNY in Potsdam (15 minute drive), and SLU and SUNY in Canton (20 minute drive) and near the Adirondacks. It is a very bright and welcoming home with lovely views of sunsets, and plenty of space for enjoying the outside. Winter recreational activities are also close by. My place is good for couples, families , and small groups. The space The house is newly built, has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor as well as a double futon in the loft. A single trundle bed, single air mattress, and toddler air mattress are also available. The main floor has a bedroom with en suite located off the open concept living room/dining room/kitchen. Laundry facilities are available. A large deck crosses the river side of the house and there is a side yard for playing games. We take great care to keep the house clean and in good shape for your use and hope that you do the same. Guest access I generally rent the full house, but private bedrooms may be available as bed and breakfast stays at times other than the available dates on the calendar. Other things to note I have many amenities for young children - toys, high chair, child plates/cutlery, bibs, small beds etc, BUT the house is not child proof. Please be aware of the possibility of every day dangers inside and outside of the house.
