Its spacious and sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. The backyard has a pool, jacuzzi, loungers and a BBQ. It boast great views of the 5th fairway and the San Jacinto mountains. We're right across the street from the Empire Polo Fields where they hold Coachella, Stagecoach, Polo matches and other large events. The space -The Desert Willow is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home, very spacious (1,985 sq. feet) with vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. The house has south facing views of the mountains and the 5th fairway... -The Home has a nice backyard with a Private Pool/Spa, loungers, fire-pit table, 2 umbrellas and a propane BBQ. The property has great views of the mountains and golf course. Enjoy watching the sunset while soaking in the spa. -The home is in the Indian Palm Country Club, which is a secure gated community. All guest will need to submit guest count and guest names for entry onto the property. -There are also satellite pools and jacuzzis that can be used in the complex. A map and key will be provided. -The location, amenities and flow of this home makes it a perfect vacation getaway for everyone. - Pool/SPA can be heated by request at booking, the fee is $75.00 a day to heat pool/use SPA amenities (spa heat, spa mode and lights) ****Please Note: No children under the age of 5 years old and without proper training will be allowed on the property or in the pool at any time. A signed swimming liability waiver form must be filled out for children ages 5 to 17 years old. Never leave children unattended without parental supervision.. -The house is set with a armed pool alarm on the French doors. Do not tamper or disable alarm. -Pet approval and fees: pets must first be approved and there is a fee of $20 a day, per pet.. 2 dogs maximum.. -Two cars per group permitted. Occasionally, additional cars can be approved and added to the Patrol Master list (The cars make, model, color and license plate number will be required). You will only be able to park on the street overnight with Patrol Master safety list approval... -Starting March 1st 2018 NO street parking will be allowed from 1am to 6am (basically No overnight street parking) without Patrol Master Street parking permit. The HOA will strictly enforce this new parking code. -Please be respectful of the HOA rules, neighbors and Indian Palms Country Club community... -COVID19 Cleaning Protocols: I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Thank you! Guest access - The house will accommodate up to 6 people. -Pet Policy: pets allowed upon approval, 2 dogs maximum. The fee is of $20.00 a day, per dog. - If you want the Pool/Spa heated, there’s a fee of $85.00 a day (SPA temp. 104/ pool temp. 90 degrees) -Two cars per group are permitted. Any overnight street parking will have to be approved. Drivers name and license plate number are required for entry. - -NO street parking will be allowed from 1am to 6am (basically, No overnight street parking). - The HOA will strictly enforce this new parking code. - Please be respectful of the HOA rules, neighbors and Indian Palms Country Club community... - NO SMOKiNG allowed (of any kind). - Please no glass outside around the pool area. - There are plenty of plastic glasses, cups and straws for your beverages. - Please remove shoes and place by the front door. -A list of people staying at the house will be required for entry onto the property. -Once booking has been confirmed, Dates and guest quantity can only be changed with prior approval. 6 guest Maximum!! -Disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors and the common areas... -If the manager is called for any disturbances caused by the guests, they are within their rights to evict the guest. -The 13% Occupancy tax does not apply to stays of 30 days or more. -To get to the house by car, you can use (enter and exit) the main security gate on Monroe Ave. And Country Club Dr.. Once drivers name and license plate number has been added to security system. If a drivers name, license plate number and guest names are added to Proptia, guest may be able to enter in on the 48th gate. Please check with host. Please Note: Other things to note - Please be VERY respectful of the neighbors on each side of the house. - Please stay off other homeowners property and follow the paths and signs to help you get around. - Max. 2 cars per group. No street parking 1am to 6am without prier approval thru Patrol Master.... -No Parking on opposite side of the street AT ANY TIME... - DO NOT go onto the golf course and disturb the golfers. - DO not go out any of the other gates unless you’ve been authorised. -- You will not be able to activate gate and most likely hold up other people trying to enter or exit these gates. - Please keep your ENTRY pass in your car at all times, I.D and address to the property handy...
