The space The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. The two fully equipped bathrooms, both with showers, ensure privacy and comfort for all guests. The living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV, is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need to prepare your meals, including a coffee machine, toaster and microwave. Enjoy the balcony, a lovely spot to soak up Porto’s unique atmosphere. For your comfort, the apartment features air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire flat, including the two bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and balcony. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Other things to note There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required), the fee will be provided upon request. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For bookings of 28 nights or longer, we have a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of 190€. If the total exceeds this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow the host's employee to enter the property for inspection whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose. We have a transfer service available to take you to the apartment! You just need to request it (price upon request). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon request).
