This is a rare opportunity to stay in an original, historic beach cottage. This is not a high tech home. We love opening up our little beach cottage studio to kind travelers. Stay with us and enjoy our minimalist beach lifestyle. The space This cute unit is located in the back part of a single story beach cottage. Completely private area for the guests to enjoy. Small, clean, cozy and close to the beach and bay. Mini fridge, coffee and tea maker are available. No formal kitchen. We have many shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We are located in a busy area of Mission Beach. This area has a variety of bike, scooter and water sports rental options. Basic Wi-Fi available for checking text based email. No TV or high tech options. Spend time outside and experience this wonderful San Diego community. Guest access Guests have their private entrance, covered patio, studio area and bathroom. This Airbnb studio is located in the north section of our historic, single story, beach cottage. The check in window is from 4PM -9PM. If guests are requesting a late check in, please notify the host while making the booking itself. So that the host may make suitable arrangements. Other things to note Guest are to message host through the Airbnb site when they are getting close to arriving at the beach cottage. Host will either meet guests at the entrance to the cottage or host will send an access code. Basic Wifi is available for guests to check email. (A stronger Wifi connection is available on the west side, concrete area.) The pet fee is $30 per animal per stay. Also maximum 2 pets allowed, not to exceed 45 lbs per pet.
